Catty would wind up with one HELL of a headache. For an indeterminable amount of time in her canon, Rosa has been living at all points in all times across the entire probability space. Also, Rosalind and Robert are the same person from different dimensions. Between the two, her brain has had to adapt to a way of consciousness that's beyond the scope of most people's brains. She knows time as it REALLY is.
So reading her mind is going to result in a very confused and intense torrent of memories from both the past AND the projected future before she wound up on the turtle.
